Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these Rules, Government of Nepal may exempt license fee, broadcasting or distribution fee and renewal fee to be levied as per these Rules fully or partially to the distribution institution fully owned by Government of Nepal by publishing a Notification in the Nepal Gazettee.
